Just heard a hot tip from an SAHM who always knows the coolest kid-stuff to do. In Downers Grove (IL, for all my international visitors), there's a family-friendly themed restaurant called the All Aboard Diner.

There are trains throughout the restaurant, and for those willing to wait a few extra minutes for a special section, you can actually have your food brought to you VIA TRAIN. How cool is that? A two-year-old I know would absolutely love it. Seeing as we go on walks expressly to find trains...
